Payment Rails

1. Accepted Payment Methods

RareFoot currently accepts credit and debit card payments through the payment option displayed at checkout, Pay by Card (via Stripe). The checkout page is the authoritative list of payment methods available for an order.

An additional payment method is available only if that option is shown during checkout. We do not promise a payment method that is not displayed there.

2. Transaction Currency

All transactions on the RareFoot website are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your bank account uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

3. Payment Processing

Card payments are submitted to Stripe through our secure checkout. Payment authorization is required before an order is confirmed. RareFoot receives the transaction result and the information needed to process the order.

A payment attempt may be declined or held for review by the card issuer or payment processor. If that happens, please verify your billing details or contact your card issuer before trying again.

4. Billing Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing current and accurate contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. Your billing address should match the address held by your card issuer. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent payment authorization and order processing.

5. Order Confirmation

After a payment is authorized and the order is accepted, we send an order confirmation email with the order number, items, and total charged. Please keep this confirmation for your records. If it does not arrive within a few hours, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
